The commute is fine; Newcastle is a very walkable city. The social scene is spot on!

My university offers so much support, especially in my course. I love my accommodation and the friends I have. Sport is a big part of my uni life, and the societies here are endless.

My accommodation is very close to my lectures, so I have only a five-minute commute. I also have a great social life.

Amazing student life in a beautiful city with two universities. The entire city is walkable and accessible, with accommodation spread throughout. It was a lovely experience.

Newcastle University is great for all your needs as a student. It’s right in the middle of the city centre.

I study geography at Newcastle University. It is amazing! The course is engaging, and there are so many opportunities for fieldwork, study abroad, and placements. The nightlife is great, and the city as a whole is amazing. I would highly recommend Newcastle.

Good travelling distance. Communal and vibrant.

The university buildings, staff, and resources are great. Great societies, social events, and a night out!

The course is hard but the lecturers are very good at answering questions and trying to keep students at the same level, especially at the start when people have achieved different A-Levels. There is always something to do at Newcastle that makes it easier to make friends and have fun along with your studies.
