#### What you'll study
Our LLB Law with International Business course will provide you with core legal knowledge, along with a thorough understanding of the theory and practice of business management.
By combining law and international business, you’ll develop the expertise to resolve legal issues in an international business context. The course will equip you with the skills and qualifications to practice law, or prepare you for a legal role in the corporate sector.
In your first year, you’ll focus on four key areas of English law – contract, tort, criminal and public law – and practise applying the law to hypothetical scenarios.
You’ll also study the practical side of business, in areas such as management, marketing and accounting.
In your second year of study, you will expand your knowledge of law and international business with modules in:
* EU Law
* Land Law
* Banking Law
* Firms in the Global Economy.
Your final year will offer the opportunity to hone your writing skills, with a research project or a written module reflecting on your pro bono experience or professional placement.
You’ll also have the chance to explore your own interests in greater depth, with a wide range of optional modules in both law and business. Optional modules include:
* Commercial Law
* Revenue Law
* Global Ethics for International Management
* Developing Personal Leadership.
