You’ll also choose from a range of optional modules covering Sparta to the Tudors, the history of Britain, modern Chinese history or black politics in the US to the present day. You’ll even have the chance to begin or continue with Latin or Ancient Greek throughout your degree. This degree allows you to combine the skills of the classicist and the historian to pursue your interests across periods and cultures.
