If you like the idea of leading teams, solving problems, and seeing big ideas take shape, our Construction Project Management BSc(Hons) could be the perfect next step for you.
The degree has been developed to work alongside our Architecture, Architectural Technology, Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying courses, to help you develop a strong understanding of professionalism and collaboration within the construction industry. Two crucial tools for today’s construction managers are Lean Construction and BIM. Lean Construction focuses on delivering minimum cost and maximum value for a construction project, looking at how the process of design, construction and end-use of a building is managed. BIM enhances Lean Construction, giving construction project managers digital tools to manage projects. On the course, you’ll explore both areas to understand how you could deliver better value to clients.
