This includes topics such as the project life-cycle, governance, procurement, risk management, project evaluation, HR management, leadership, managing stakeholders, communication strategies and tools, contract negotiation and management, financial control and budgets, data analytics and quality assurance. <br/><br/>Tutors use a variety of teaching methods and a variety of assessment formats, such as traditional assignments, presentations and extended projects. There is a focus on formative learning, with students encouraged to discuss their learning and assessments with tutors and peers.
