As a software engineer you will be the one designing and developing these systems. Having the technical skills to solve problems, design, implement and maintain this software is highly desirable across all industries, not just software companies. The software engineering degree at Petroc equips you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this area with specialist lecturing staff, high specification equipment and purpose-built university centre. On successful completion of this course, you will have both a theoretical and a practical understanding of software engineering.<br/><br/>You can study the programme full-time over 2 years, or part-time over 4 years.
