The FdA Integrated Care Services is a comprehensive programme designed to prepare students for the complexities of modern care services and the transition to management, transforming the care and support they provide for service users. <br/><br/>Through an interdisciplinary approach, this programme <br/><br/>-equips students with knowledge and critical understanding of changing attitudes and new approaches to ICS, <br/>-equips students with leadership and management skills to excel in sector, <br/>-blends clinical expertise with effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. <br/><br/> <br/>Students will study communication, collaboration, alongside budget and financing. They will learn about inspection compliance and how to flourish as a reflective leader or manager to ensure they deliver quality service. Students will also learn peer coaching skills ensuring they can support others to deliver best practice. Graduates will excel as versatile care professionals who can deliver integrated, high-quality care. <br/><br/>This course prepares you for a rewarding career the management of health, care, and other related services. Through a comprehensive curriculum, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this field. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months working in the sector, working as or working towards a supervisory or management role.
