Sport and Youth Leadership Bachelor of Science (with Honours) - BSc (Hons)

Sport has a unique ability to reach and inspire young people, and this degree is designed to help you harness that power. Developed in partnership with Manchester United Foundation, it combines academic study with work‑based learning to prepare you to lead, mentor and support children and young people through sport.

You’ll explore issues such as inequality, behaviour and community engagement, while developing practical coaching and leadership skills. Regular placements with the Foundation give you the chance to apply your learning in applied settings, from schools to community programmes, helping you build confidence and experience.

You’ll graduate with specialist knowledge in sport development, youth leadership and community coaching, along with the practical skills to make a meaningful difference.
