You will learn skills and knowledge to measure, model and assess environmental change and its impacts. Developed in conjunction with employers, including environmental agencies and private businesses, this degree has real-world relevance, built to develop the techniques and expertise required in national and international workplaces.
The degree combines physical and biological natural sciences, helping you build detailed understanding of complex contemporary environmental issues. You’ll also gain a wide range of practical and analytical skills, including working in the lab and in the field. By the time you graduate, you will be able to collect, process and analyse data across different environmental science disciplines, giving you the understanding and confidence to make informed recommendations in a professional context.
This course is also available with a foundation year.

To include HL 5 in Geography or a Science subject and HL 4 or SL 5 in English and Mathematics.
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)
