The Healthcare Entry Medicine (HEM) Programme is new for 2026 entry.
The programme has been designed to enable qualified healthcare professionals with a minimum of two years (full time equivalent) patient-facing clinical experience to study for a fast-track degree in medicine.
The programme enables you to establish the foundation in bioscience and population science required for a career in medicine, while adapting some of the early clinical elements of a conventional medical degree to achieve qualification in four rather than five or six years.
