For pathway one, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto BSc Bioveterinary Science are required to have 56 UCAS Tariff points from at least 1 A Level. For pathway two, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVetMS) are required to have GCE A Level grades ABC/BBB

UCAS Tariff

For pathway one, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto BSc Bioveterinary Science are required to have 56 UCAS Tariff points from at least 1 Level 3 qualification. For pathway two, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVetMS) are required to have GCE A Level grades ABC/BBB

Access to HE Diploma

For pathway one, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto BSc Bioveterinary Science are required to have 56 UCAS Tariff points from at least 1 Level 3 qualification. For pathway two, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVetMS) 122 UCAS Tariff points including a minimum of 30 level 3 credits at Distinction.

GCSE/National 4/National 5

For pathway one GCSE English Language at grade C (or 4) and GCSE Maths at grade C (or 4). For pathway two, normally a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade B/6, including double/triple-award science or three separate sciences (including a Pass in practical endorsement). All sciences must be at B/6. Minimum of B/6 in Maths and English language (including a pass in speaking and listening).

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme

For pathway one, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto BSc Bioveterinary Science are required to have 56 UCAS Tariff points from at least 1 Level 3 qualification. For pathway two, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVetMS) will require IB Diploma with H5,H5,H5 or 30 overall

Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)

For pathway one, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto BSc Bioveterinary Science are required to have 56 UCAS Tariff points from at least 1 Level 3 qualification. For pathway two, in addition to the GCSE requirements, applicants wishing to progress onto Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVetMS) are required to have DDM.
