You can become an accountant in blue chip firms and financial organisations, working with facts and figures and being meticulous in your work. <br/><br/>Accountants play an important role in business, providing key information that underpins the work of decision makers within organisations <br/><br/>Accredited by the main UK professional accountancy bodies (ACCA, ICAS, ICAEW, CIMA, and CIPFA), we focus on practical content and your future employability. Along with all aspects of accountancy, youll study topics in economics, law and management. <br/><br/>Professional accountants prepare financial statements and record business transactions. They also use information systems to track financial performance and participate in mergers and acquisitions and the governance of organisations. <br/><br/>A high number of our graduates are employed by major accountancy firms and blue-chip organisations, often overseas, such as Grant Thornton, KPMG, Baker Tilly and Ernst & Young. Others secure training contracts and many undertake further professional study. Our graduates are exempt from a number of professional examinations.
