On the Business with Marketing course you’ll gain a broad understanding of business from a marketing perspective.
You’ll learn about a wide range of marketing issues including the marketing mix, consumer behaviour, branding and advertising. The changing nature of marketing will be an important component of your studies.
You’ll see the breadth of the marketing function within an organisation and the extent to which it is central to strategy for many businesses.
You will study the techniques and approaches used by businesses to build an understanding of their customers and to target their offerings appropriately.
On the Business with Marketing degree you will:
* Gain an overview of the concepts, theories and techniques that contribute to an understanding of business management
* Learn the principles of marketing and understand different approaches to marketing
* Become familiar with the tools and techniques available to develop and understand the nature of the demand for a product or service within a market
* Learn about different areas of marketing and how they all relate to one another
* Consider the impact on marketing on future developments in business
* Recognise the ethical issue surrounding business and be able to practise responsible management.
