Based at our Shoreham Airport Campus, you’ll train in exclusive facilities with access to race vehicles, performance engines, and cutting-edge technology. From CNC lathes and 3D printers to CAD, FEA, and CFD software, you’ll work with the same tools used by professionals. You’ll also benefit from strong industry links, guest lectures, and access to University of Brighton’s wind tunnels and optical research engines.
And it doesn’t stop at the classroom. Join Team Northbrook Racing and compete in the Student Motorsport Challenge as part of the CityCar Cup Championship. Gain real-world, high-pressure experience racing at legendary circuits like Silverstone, Brands Hatch, and Donington.

We look at each application individually, considering your grades, interview and any relevant experience. We typically expect students to have achieved 48 UCAS points or PPP in a Level 3 Diploma / Extended Diploma, alongside grade 4 in GCSE English and Maths. Mature students who don't meet these standard entry requirements may be able to show us their potential through relevant experience. Applicants whose first language is not English and who do not have GCSE English will be asked to take an IELTS assessment or equivalent and will need to achieve an overall score of 6.0, with 6.0 in the writing element and at least 5.5 in all other sub elements.
