You will have the opportunity to explore key approaches and issues in international human rights law and how human rights can be protected by international law.<br/><br/>Studying law at postgraduate level provides the chance to develop your problem-solving skills that enable you to exercise sound judgement in complex, uncertain and new environments.<br/><br/>Our LLM International Human Rights Law programme has been specially designed to provide you with the opportunity to understand the global systems, centred on the UN, and regional systems, before focusing on the practical application of several key documents and human rights instruments.<br/><br/>On our LLM International Human Rights Law course will give the opportunity to choose optional modules that include intellectual property law and technology, electronic commerce and digital trade, international law, international commercial dispute resolution, competition law, and international trade.<br/><br/>We are focused on providing you with the tools needed to progress your career to the next level through enhancing your professional development, academic potential and problem-solving skills by acquiring a critical understanding of the complex legal, economic, cultural and political issues informing English and international regulations.<br/><br/>BNU is a student focused and employer led university which means that you are at the forefront of all that we do.
