What you will learn
On this organisational psychology course, you will learn to critically evaluate and challenge existing knowledge and organisational practices including group processes and organisational behaviour. It affords you the opportunity to gain an understanding of important topics in the workplace, including employee motivation, occupational health, and learning and employee development.
The course will also equip you with transferable skills, including advanced research skills, where you will collect and scrutinise organisational data.
How you will learn
You will learn via a range of different methods including lectures, weekly seminars and workshops, where you will engage in discussions with academic staff and your peers.
The course is available to study full- or part-time on campus and online and follows an evening timetable with some modules offered in the daytime.
Placement route
The full-time [Placement route](https://www.bbk.ac.uk/prospective/undergraduate-placement-year) is designed to enhance your employability. It gives you the opportunity to develop your organisational psychology skills in the workplace and apply learning from your degree in a professional setting. You will also be supported in areas such as effective job searching, the development of key application, interview and assessment skills and how to make a personal impact in the workplace. Please note that this option is not available for students who require a Student visa to study in the UK.
