Electronic Systems Engineering HTQ HNC

The Level 4 units lay the foundation of higher learning in electronic engineering. This develops and strengthens core skills while preparing students for specialist subjects at Level 5 or to enter employment and will be competent in a range of subject-specific and general skills and qualities relevant to key areas of engineering. <br/><br/>This HNC (HTQ) is specifically designed for students wishing to progress in electronics with a range of units focussed on this topic area. It provides a good grounding in Engineering whilst providing a specialism at higher level. <br/><br/>All units are supported by industry experienced staff in purpose built labs extensively equipped for this subject area. <br/><br/>This is a Fulltime route with all content delivered in one year.<br/><br/>No. of contact hours : 12 hours per week<br/>Expected self-study hours - You will be expected to study in your own time - hours to be confirmed by your tutor<br/><br/>Various trips to support modules may be offered throughout the year dependant on company availability. Previous trips have included manufacturers, automation plants and power stations.
